FAQ
How is the program delivered?
The program is delivered through a live virtual session and interactive group discussions.
When does the course start?
The course will begin in May and run for 6 weeks online. You can apply now, and if the schedule doesn’t work for you, you’ll have the option to defer your participation to a future cohort.
Is there an online platform for the course?
Yes! The course includes an interactive online platform where you can connect with other participants, engage in discussions, and access course materials. Before some of the session, you’ll find videos and information to explore in preparation for our live sessions.
What is the time commitment?
Participants should expect to dedicate about 3–4 hours per week to the program. This includes attending live sessions, engaging in discussions, and reviewing any assigned materials.
Do I need prior knowledge of systems thinking?
No prior knowledge of systems thinking is required. The program is designed to be accessible to beginners while still providing valuable insights for those with some experience in the field. We cover foundational concepts and gradually build up to more complex topics.
Can I get a certificate?
Yes, upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate of attendance. This certificate serves as a recognition of the knowledge and skills developed in systems thinking and its application to leadership.
How do I connect with other participants?
Participants can connect with each other through our dedicated online community platform. This platform allows for networking, discussion, and collaboration on projects or ideas beyond the duration of the program. We also facilitate group activities during the program to foster connections and peer learning.
What kind of participation is expected in this course?
This course is a learning journey of progressive trust, where openness, curiosity, and mutual respect create a safe space for sharing and exploration. You are encouraged to bring your ideas, perspectives, and even vulnerabilities—knowing that judgment is replaced with active listening and genuine dialogue. While participation is always at your own pace, the experience is designed to build trust and meaningful relationships within a community of practice, because transformation happens in connection, not in isolation.
What if I can’t participate in this course but want to join in the future?
You can still apply! If you’re unable to join this cohort, we will keep your application and inform you about the next course offering.
What happens if I miss a session?
All live sessions will be recorded and made available on the online platform. While we encourage live participation for deeper engagement, you can always catch up at your own pace.
What is the format of the live sessions?
Live sessions include a mix of guided reflections, interactive discussions, and breakout groups to foster engagement and deep learning. Sessions are not just lectures—they are designed to be immersive, participatory, and thought-provoking.
Who facilitates the course?
The course is led by Erik Fernholm and Fredrik Livhiem.
Will I have access to the course materials after the program ends?
Yes! You’ll have continued access to the online platform and materials for a set period after the program ends (6 months), allowing you to revisit key concepts and stay connected with the community.
