The world is unravelling: How do we find our way?

If you feel overwhelmed by the complexity of our times—if you sense that something deeper needs to shift, both within yourself and in the systems around you—you’re not alone.

Many of us are trying to make sense of a world in transition, caught between the collapse of the old and the emergence of something new. This program offers a campfire in between worlds.

"We are not facing a sustainability crisis.

We are facing a behavioural crisis."

Interconnecting

This isn’t just a course. It’s a space for people like you and me—who feel the world shifting and want to make sense of it.

Over six weeks, we will slow down, connect, and explore how to meet complexity with more clarity, courage, and care. A seed of a community of practice—rooted in reflection, shared insight, and real-world action.

"The way we are solving problems is the problem."

Understand the problem beneath our problems

You will learn how the meta-crisis we face (climate breakdown, societal fragmentation, the erosion of trust, etc) are symptoms of a deeper story of separation.

A story that drives us into competition for short-term gain, that commodifies living systems and narrows our ambitions to the measurable and immediate. Leaving us hyperconnected, yet lonely. Oversatisfied, yet undernourished. Overstimulated, yet starved of meaning.

We will explore the three main streams of separation and how we act for their interconnection.

🌿 Disconnection from Nature – Treating the planet as a resource, rather than a living system we are part of.

🤝 Disconnection from Others – Competing for short-term gain instead of cultivating the commons.

🔍 Disconnection from Ourselves – Losing sight of what truly matters in the pursuit of narrow goals.

"Unsustainability comes from disconnected actions in an interconnected world."

System leadership: The way out is through

This journey seeds the idea that no just individual, hero or sustainability champion within the game, can change the game.

Instead, we will explore a new stance - one that accepts that disconnection lives not just in the system, but also within us. A realization invites us to pause, notice, and reconnect. Challenging who we think we are and even what we are for

It opens space for a different way forward—one grounded in relationship, collective action and shared wisdom. Change doesn’t come from resisting or winning the game. It comes from changing the game; How we see, relate, and act—together.

"If we want to change the world we see, we need to change how we see it first."

You are encouraged to bring your ideas, perspectives, and even vulnerabilities—knowing that judgment is replaced with active listening and genuine dialogue. While participation is always at your own pace, the experience is designed to build trust and meaningful relationships within a community of practice, because transformation happens in connection, not in isolation.
